Over the past weeks and months we walked you through every step of the Intrinsiq process, and in today’s article we are going to take a look at the whole picture and remind you of what each step of the process entails. There are eight steps involved. Let’s start at the very beginning.

Step 1 - Consultation

In the consultation phase we make sure to get to know the client and their needs well. This is done through multiple meetings so that we can fully understand what the client’s targets are and what they want to achieve from their investment with Intrinsiq. Step 2 - Specification

The Specification part of the Intrinsiq Process is more of a “behind the scenes” kind of phase where the Intrinsiq team gets to internally discuss the outcomes of the initial client meetings. In short, this is where we make the magic happen and make all our client requests come true. You can read more about the specification part of the process here.

Step 3 - The Contract

Once everything is agreed upon, we can move over to the third step. Once both the client and Intrinsiq are clear on how they will be proceeding, the next step is to sign the contract. This step is fairly simple, once the specification document is signed by the client we move on to the next phase. You can read more about this phase here. 

Step 4 - Build

Once the contract is signed and confirmed, we move on to the next stage of the process; probably the most obvious stage which is the actual building of the (part of the) system that the client wants. You can read more about how we tackle this part of the project here.

Step 5 - Test

Here’s another very important step in the Intrinsiq process. Once we build the system, we test it out. In this part of the process, the aim is to go back and forth between the “building” part and the “testing” part. That way Intrinsiq ensures that before the software is rolled out completely, everything works as it should. You can continue reading more about this phase here.

Step 6 - Roll Out

The next phase in the Intrinsiq process is to test the roll out. In this part of the process, the aim is to do a soft launch of the part of the software which has been given the green light by the whole team. That way Intrinsiq ensures that everyone at the school feels comfortable using every part of the software. As you can see, even by looking at previous posts on the Intrinsiq Process, at Intrinsiq we really do launch the software step by step, and we hold the client’s hand every step of the way. Step 7 - Host and Maintain

The next phase in the Intrinsiq process is the hosting and maintenance stage. At this stage in the process, the system itself is up and running, however, that does not mean that our relationship and conversation with the client ends here. On the contrary, we are there for our clients all the time, even post-launch. More on this stage can be found here.

Step 8 - Care

For us, this stage is the most important one of them all. Given the nature of our custom-made software, the system will grow together with the clients’ needs over time. Therefore, some clients reach out to us when they need to add some new functions to the system, other clients reach out to us whenever they are introducing new processes into their company in order to see how Intrinsiq can help.
